Member of the Human Resources recruitment team with responsibility for delivery of recruitment business partnership for functions of the Innovative Medicines (IMED) at AstraZeneca. I support both the early phase Oncology and Early Clinical Development groups.

I am responsible for the successful operation of Envalis. I am fully hands on and recruit SAS Programmers, Statisticians, Data Managers, and similar professionals across Europe and the US, whilst having full responsibility for the company P&L.

Responsible for all global recruitment for the largest data dedicate Clinical Research Organisation in the world. With a team of 4 recruiters based in the UK, India, and the US, I am accountable for leading direct sourcing activity and passive talent search, as well as direct attraction strategy and implementation. Direct responsibility for company employee engagement strategy, and management, with experience developing recognition and development programmes.

Working for Kelly OCG, onsite at Eli Lilly & Co., my role is to manage the full lifecycle of all recruitment activity in the UK. Supporting 3 sites, I manage and drive all permanent, contingent, temporary, and internal recruitment activity.

I am the lead for permanent recruitment into the Pharma Development organisation in the United Kingdom. I support other areas such as Sales, Marketing, and corporate functions, as well as leading various recruitment projects locally and globally, working closely with colleagues across the globe.
