• Kundenakquise und Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen • Active Sourcing potentieller Kandidaten mithilfe interner Datenbanken, Social Media Kanälen (XING, LinkedIn), diverser Karriereplattformen sowie Networking • Qualifikation, Vorauswahl und Begleitung der Kandidaten/Kunden durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess • Schalten von Stellenausschreibungen auf diversen Plattformen • Ermittlung neuer nationaler und internationaler Salesmöglichkeiten • Mentoring von Junior Consultants
