Managing internal resources and external advisors/consultants, including operations, asset management, IT, finance, commercial & legal, HR and bid management. Lead interface to consortium partners and the State. Accountability for corporate governance, bid budget, and strategy development.

Responsibility for Commercial & Legal Function at Yarra Trams, a joint venture between French transport giant Keolis and Downer, one of Australia's largest infrastructure service providers. Managing app. 20 staff, including Franchise Contract Managers, Commercial Managers for Procurement and Major Subcontracts, Legal Counsels and Enterprise Risk Management. Responsibility for commercial aspects of business development activities, focussing on PPPs and other complex contracting arrangements (including franchises and alliancing) on rail projects with construction or operations elements

Responsible for delivery, testing, commissioning and support of Light Rail Vehicles to the South Australian Department of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure
