EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service): it is a multi-billion € European operated system which uses geostationary satellites and a network of ground stations to receive, analyze, augment and then re-transmit GPS, Glonass and eventually Galileo signals. =>Responsibilities: program controlling, assets management, risk management, quality management, budget management, reporting to European Commission.

Managing 4 Multirole Vehicles programs (light, medium and unprotected) and Forza-NEC (Network Enabled Capability for interoperability between Allied Forces) for the Italian Ministry of Defence’s Land Armaments Directorate. =>Responsibilities: planning, controlling, project coordination, contract management, customer interface, suppliers supervising, reporting to top management.

MLR P-72A GSS program (Ground Support System): a 20M€ contract with the Italian Air-force for the design & development of the ground segment (HW+SW) supporting the Italian Navy Maritime Patrolling Aircrafts. =>Responsibilities: planning and controlling, project team coordination, budget management, customer interface, risk analysis and management, suppliers supervising, reporting to top management.

MLR P-72A Program for Italian Aeronautics and Navy: design and development of an Airborne Tactical and Observation System (HW+SW) to be installed onto ATR-72 aircrafts for maritime patrolling duties. =>Responsibilities: risk analysis and management, costs and activities monitoring, suppliers supervising.

A 1M€ R&D project for the design of a tailored SW Operating System for airborne surveillance platforms. =>Responsibilities: proposal, cost analysis and estimation, project planning and monitoring, reporting to the CTO board.

Submission to the company CEO of a sustainable strategic plan to profitably enter adjacent markets. =>Responsibilities: market strategic analysis, company assessment, cost analysis, business plan writing.

=>Responsibilities: participation to the creation of the Integrated Master Schedule for the tender phase of the NATO AGS program (Alliance Ground Surveillance), integrating it with all the documental references technical requirements, products deliveries, milestones and phase reviews.

=>Responsibilities: coordination and organization of the production activities (“workloads”, scheduling and people management) at the siderurgical service centers located in Alpignano, Caselette and Moncalieri (TO).
