Performed the initial preparation of the organisation to ISO 27001:2005 by drafting policies, procedures and suggested and audited controls required for ISO compliance. Established and maintained QA standards for processes and products. Bridged Clients and the internal technical teams on Service Management and its Applications. Facilitated regular meetings and follow-ups on the incident, problem and change Management requests, PCIDSS process and implementation and periodical internal IT Audit
