In a context of a high organic growth, more than 20 distributed scrum teams at 8 locations in 3 countries, I supported Adcubum AG in their agile transformation as Scrum Master and member of the agile support team in: - creating new teams, team splits & ramp up organization for new members - consolidating and scaling those teams - mid and long term planning on the level of departments and entire company - agile project implementation with external clients

- Responsible for a distributed software development team - Product development of 15+ web applications - Deployment, bug tracking and monitoring of applications within the domain of the team "Comparisons" - Introduction of Scrum methodology for the "Comparisons" department (including devs and product managers) - Scrum Master - Implementing improvements of cross department cooperation in the agile environment (with marketing, editorial, translation, architecture teams and management)
