My role involves conducting rapid and extensive vulnerability screenings to identify those in need. I organize tailored resilience-building workshops and empowerment activities to enhance coping skills. Leading case management efforts includes guiding individuals toward sustainable solutions and legal pathways. Collaboration with Government institutions, health services, and partners ensures a comprehensive approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.

Provided psychological support and led medical team activities as the Medical Focal Point for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the final quarter. Conducted mental health evaluations, implemented SGBV protocols, and offered psychotherapy. Assisted staff training, coordinated mobile clinics, facilitated referrals, and engaged in community outreach. Ensured data collection, confidentiality, and supported the medical team in assessments and emergency interventions

At Direktna Reč, I authored popular scientific articles in psychology and offered expert psychological consultation to the editor-in-chief and distinguished contributors on topic related to portal. My work also aimed to engage readers by presenting complex psychological concepts in an accessible and thought-provoking manner.

My tasks in Support to Processing of war crime cases project, included researching NGOs and participating in development of referral mechanisms for victim and witness support, as well as identifying experts in the field to provide insights to the project team. I assisted in developing graphical reporting tools, preparing new project initiatives, consolidating training evaluations, summarizing data, and strengthening psychosocial and health service capacities for victims and witnesses.

I provided skills assessment and tailored development training, one-on-one counseling, and created employment plans for young people. I organized workshops to enhance employability, engaged youth in YERP programs like ECDL and English courses, and supported vulnerable populations entering the job market. Additionally, I shared information on legal work and study opportunities abroad and monitored participants' progress and outcomes.

I worked as a Psychology Teacher and Counselor at General Gymnasium 'Muhsin Rizvić' in Breza, BiH. My responsibilities included teaching psychology, providing individual counseling to students, and organizing workshop seminars on topics such as 'Choosing the Right Career' and 'How to Communicate More Assertively.' I also undertook other tasks in coordination with my supervisor which mainly included community engagement and voluntary activities in promoting of Mental Health.

Worked in the Center for Career Orientation.I provided clients, primarily youth, with insights into the job market, educational and volunteering opportunities, and guidance on faculty and career choices. I advocated with key stakeholders, including the Employment Service, local government, and the private sector, to create more engagement opportunities for young people. I secured funding on multiple occasions to support the continuous work of now well-known and traditional Umjetnička Radionica DESNEK.
