Key role definitions: Act as a trusted financial advisor for cross-functional project teams with great focus on business insight, analysis, planning & forecasting. Lead and manage transformation program through coordination and support of cross-functional teams to deliver expected business results. Attend monthly Business Review calls with project leaders, owning the discussion around projects’ performance, their P&L impact, as well as the outlook of risks and opportunities.

Finance reporting (IAS and Company’s Guidelines) • Simplified P&L for Operations Department • Communication, trainings and support for Operations Department (Management accounting and finance topics) • Cost reports and variance analysis. Cost structure analysis and improvement proposals. • Support teams in following areas: Business cases preparation, projects feasibility analysis, projects valuation and ranking, etc. • Support budgeting process • Ad Hoc reports on demand

Project cost control • Carrying out of internal cost audits of project’s related contractors and subcontractors • Supervision and overall control of accounting month-end closing • Lead Projects Contract Reviews • Ad Hoc reports on demand of Project Finance Manager

Supervise daily business of Invoice Control Department (Accounts payable) • Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers • Support period closing activities • Support personnel training and development • Maintain knowledge exchange • Manage working processes; Maintenance of WPI • Digital archive maintenance
