Supports the business functions and country HR in providing sustainable training concepts and initiatives (i.e leadership, communications and change management). Establishes strong collaboration with the internal and external training organizations; assures alignment on learning curriculum and content delivery and execution for all employees. Supports in the development and execution of Employee Engagement activities across DHL Freight.

Responsible for all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development) and initiatives implemented in DGF Abu Dhabi. Conducted HR Administrative tasks such as supporting in payroll management with Finance; responsible for employee data management and other HR-related queries. Managed various stakeholders including vendors and service suppliers and provides insights and solutions on HR topics to Senior Management Team.

Supported the development of company's social responsibility strategy, focusing on employability of young people, in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages. Main liaison manger for the partnership representatives in 14 countries and across business units and managed information and platforms for the partnership’s internal and external communications.

Responsible for the performance of over 700 universities across 18 countries of AIESEC in Asia Pacific and Latin America as well as organized strategic conferences for regional and global organization. Delivered over 20 consultancy visits providing business coaching in the area of product development, leadership training and sales to national offices in Asia Pacific. Developed and implemented projects on global collaboration systems, internal communications and global selection and election process.

Led the national team responsible for the foundation and evolution of national operations and processes and represented the organization globally and nationally to external stakeholders, events and media. Created and implemented a leadership development plan for the top leaders of the national organization.

Developed a national strategy for effectively selling internship products to organizations from various sectors and industries and managed the integration of foreign interns to the country. Created new products for AIESEC in the Philippines and Asia Pacific region to venture out to new sectors and industries. Resulted to creating a national project that generated more than a hundred internships offered and started the partnership with one of the largest not-for-profit organizations in the Philippines.
