Detailed site by site Cutover planning. (E.g. UK and Spain) Communication of the plans to internal and external Stakeholders Execute (overall) Cutover plan. Establishing the support organization required during cutover and beyond. Involvement in Go-Live Readiness Assessments.

Developing new Best practices for Sales and Logistic processes in a Kernel enviroment used across the Busines groups. This includes e.g. New shipment cost design, Improved Third Party flow, extended EDI for service management, supporting several implementations e.g. DNP Rheinfelden. Control and validate new changes coming from the Business groups. The validation of CRs includes checking the effect on existing (best practice) business processes.

Leading workshops for SD and MM processes including Procurement, Third party, Inter/Intracompany, Inventory management, Subcontracting, Consignment, Sales flow, Sampling, etc Set up Prototype for SD and MM processes Write Business scenarios and Process specifiaction based upon FDA regulations. Realistation phase, implementation SD and MM Test phase, support of testing SD and MM processes Cutover and data migration SD and MM objects Go-live and aftercare. Lead/Support Junior consultants
