Manage two projects of the International Distribution division. Project 1, Develop and implement a logistics collaborative community in coordination with national headquarters and international subsidiaries in order to improve operational excellence among the enterprise’s supply chain. Project 2, track the subsidiaries purchase orders in order to establish their KPI’s.

Perform activities related to product lifecycle management, purchasing, and product tracking of international dermo-cosmetics brands. Interact with suppliers to maintain national pricing and delivery scheduling.

Lead a team of 20 members in order to manage (receive, record, move, store, monitor and replenish) Monterrey Healthcare System’s pharmaceutical inventory .

Provide technical assistance in projects with various departments (customer service, sales and manufacturing) within industries such as: automotive, aviation, energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food and beverages, to ensure that client specifications are met.
