Lead Prep Quality Supervisor – Quality control • Participate in the development and implementation of an automatize wireless platform for OEE analysis and quality metrics for 50 crimping machines. • Successful implementation of a wireless scanning system able to trace produced batches and monitor the quality of each batch.

Quality Engineer – Quality Control and Customer Service • Responsible of quality control for Ford´s assembly plants. In charge of Six Sigma projects and daily responses for every harness quality issue reported • Responsible of warranty claims for Ford and VEP Europe assembly plant. Teardown analysis to every claims open by Ford and six sigma response.
