• Directed day-to-day operations in Slovakia´s plant, with P&L responsibility, leading production, quality, maintenance, process engineering and logistic, leading +100 persons • Implemented projects based on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, reducing customer claims in 40%, Direct Work Force rotation by 80% and stock differences in 75% (110.000 € impact) • Monitored employee productivity and optimized procedures to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in 3%,

• Lead quality department in a military ammunition factory. 6 people under my direct supervision. Managed ISO 9001 and AQAP quality documentation and participated in internal and external quality audits. • Developed and deployed production control plans, work instructions and procedures and updated quality control standards, methods and procedures to meet compliance requirements

• Developed streamlined manufacturing process in the chemical areas in 3 Solar Cells production lines, which boosted OEE from 65% to 92% and saved 450 k$ in scrap reduction. • Directed Cross-Functional Six Sigma projects and increased solar cell efficiency from 15% to 15,6% (300 k€/year impact) • Implemented lean manufacturing principles (i.e. SMED, VSM, TPM, Poka Yoke, 5S, Kaizen workshops…) to optimize manufacturing methods reducing direct work force in 14% (100 k€/year impact)

• Engineer and production responsible for the plating through holes, galvanic lines and selective finishing areas. Lead +30 persons. • Directed Six Sigma projects for Cost reduction and manufacturing operations, and saved 200 k€/year and reduced overall Scrap from 1% to 0,15% • Developed and deployed production control plans, FMEA, and SPC, including creating all related work and manufacturing instructions, procedures and updated quality control standards, methods and procedures.
