As a Business Analyst, I was part of the Scrum Team which was assigned to develop new features for the Trading platform within William Hill.

I worked in a distributed team based in the UK, Switzerland, Poland, USA, and India with a deep level of communication. Working within the 'Group data distribution' responsible to provide data through APIs and physical files.

I worked together with the PMO to improve processes such as Analysis of viability, financial analysis, budget approval, project life cycle, etc. I was a conduit between the customer (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. I worked allocated at Rumo ALL.

I worked as a business and technical Analyst analyst at Sascar (allocated), one of the largest management companies and tracking vehicles and cargo in Brazil. I participated in projects for integrations of payment by credit card, debit, and billing. I also participated as a bridge between the engineering and administrative area to adapt the processes to add new products developed by engineering.
