I lead the Food Alliance technology team. Food Alliance empowers local and global business teams to create, manage, and plan our food product offering. It provides an intuitive shopping journey to help millions of customers discover tasty food they will love. It includes three tribes/departments. Assortment, which enables internal teams to interact with our digital product, Shopping, and Checkout Experience Tribe, helps active customers with food selection and ordering for Web, iOS, and Android Apps.

Responsible for driving digital transformation and synergistic approach across regional organization India to support IT in manufacturing, Connected Industry (I4.0), Smart Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic process automation, Computer vision.

Heading Innovation team for designing and developing next-generation software products and platforms using Advanced technologies like Blockchain( Distributed ledger technology), AI( Artificial Intelligence) and IOT (Internet of things) as part of Innovation and Incubation business unit. Building a portfolio of Cloud agnostic SAAS products for solving problems of a sustainable society, the economy of things and platform monopolies.

• Developed and implemented Global engineering strategy to improve cost structure, delivery capability, strategic competency and International collaboration, Managed Budget, resource utilization, growth strategy of Global organization. • Managed a 200+ member team from USA, Sweden, India, Malaysia, China and Braga. Lead teams to implement ASPICE, ASIL and SaFE using RTC. • Defined and implemented strategy to improve profitability

Responsible for product portfolio management of Bosch car multimedia in India and ASEAN region. It includes, Automotive Infotainment system, Instrument clusters, Connectivity units and connectivity solutions for Automotive industry. Focusing on new business development and introduction of new product lines.

Lead a group of 130 member engineers for development of next generation software platform for In-vehicle Infotainment using Linux. Setup a Center of competency for UX and HMI development. Delivered multiple customer projects on-time and on budget.
