Co-designing, communicating, implementing and continuously assess Infragistics’ Talent Management and Development strategy. My primary focus is on understanding and analyzing the organization’s requirements and ensuring Infragistics has the talent necessary to meet current and future needs.

• Create learning strategies relative to leadership, management, and professional development that support business unit priorities • Design, and edit stand-alone and integrated talent development solutions for the teams and/or partnering with vendors • Act as a conduit between Questers and outside development academics, thinkers, and experts • Evaluate external solutions from vendors and content providers

• Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities • Cultivate relationships with key candidate and specific talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization • Implement innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs • Build healthy talent community that includes a high volume of targeted candidates • Actively source diversity candidates
