• Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) control application in Body in white. • Ensures sealer application in a body parts like Front end, Floor, Inner, Closures and Fuel tank. • Responsible for preventing the water leaks in a car. • Gained knowledge in BIW Body shop process and paint shop operations. • Provided full support on improving process & quality for engineering to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor and inspect Robot MIG welding's and their defects. • Interface with HMI, Welding fixtures, ABB Robots and workpiece positioners. • Participated in new project development and line installation. • Worked with senior leadership to identify, develop and execute upon opportunities for process and quality improvements.
