Head of Opel/Vauxhall Admin & Corp Staff Controlling. Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of the actuals and creation of the forecast, budget and business plan for the global Admin functions.

Controller Alliance Projects (2012-2016): Overall business case development. Program profitability analysis, Cash flow (IRR, NPV, payback). Target setting for product cost, engineering expense and investment. Controller Vehicle Line at GM Korea, Seoul, South Korea (2007-2010): Overall project controlling and profitability analysis for global GM projects. Controller Vehicle Line (2005-2007): Overall project controlling and profitability analysis for Opel/Vauxhall car line projects.

Supervisor Controlling Material and Production Cos Electric/Electronic Components/Modules: Estimates, target setting, benchmark, teardowns, reporting, Joint Ventures, strategic studies.
