Dmitriy Alexeev

As a Product Expert and Executive Consultant, I help Russian and European companies understand their digital products and available technologies, define business goals, set up processes and deal with issues that prevent them from reaching their goals online. My team and I also put a lot effort into bringing the product-driven iterative and data-informed approach to the market via media and public events.

As a Head of Product at Rambler (#3 portal in Russia), I was responsible for defining and positioning of new products and driving rapid changes in existing portfolio. We managed to stop a decline in user and to evolve the strongest affiliate program of leading digital media and services on the market with more than 250 participating parties. More than 150 of A/B test conducted during rapid changes stage helped us reach 9M of monthly users with the new product.

As a Head of Desktop Software at Yandex (#1 software and tech company in Russia), I was responsible for the wide spectrum of desktop software, development and distribution of technologies. My team and I led our assets from 100K trough 10M of daily coverage in three years. It brought sufficient amount of market share to the company.

I joined the J'son & Partners' (well-known international IT consulting agency servicing top-ranked companies as Google, Sony and NEC) internal start-up to build an innovative consulting web. I established the product vision, recruited the in-house team of professionals, acquired and managed external resources to deliver the product on time and within budget.

I spend two years gathering hands-on experience in programming and IT technologies to understand all the tools that drive tech-oriented industries and businesses.

As one of the first employees in IT start-up, I brought and lead first clients, gathered and sealed initial long-term deals. Those created a solid background for IT Lab to become the region’s largest System Integrator as for the year 2015.
