As Project Manager, I managed the implementation of flagship seller engagement programs such as eBay Durchstarter, eBay Deine Stadt and the eBay Open Germany conference.

At eBay Germany, I have been coordinating multiple key projects revolving around B2C retailer acquisition, engagement, and scaling. This includes the eBay Open Germany retail conference, eBay Shoplabels, and eBay City as well as the COVID-19 eBay Soforthilfe programs.

As part of the Home & Garden and Collectibles business verticals at eBay Germany I contributed to a range of projects. Areas of activity included data-driven business analysis, strategic category and supply management, business development, account relations, business strategy, project planning and event management.

As an intern in the Corporate & Brands division of the leading German communication agency fischerAppelt, relations GmbH, I worked on various key accounts – including industry-leading international clients in the hospitality, aviation and heating industry. Tasks included the co-development of content-marketing concepts for both B2B and B2C scenarios, media contact and stakeholder handling, media monitoring and reporting, research, project management and event management.

The project succeeded in estimating the sector-wise market potential of the city of York for both residential and visiting families, thus identifying and illustrating business opportunities in the city. In this role, I held the primary responsibility for the strategic approach of the project, client management, the management of a six-person project team and the operative execution of the project in an exclusively English-speaking environment.

Bodensee Consulting is a student-let business consultancy, dedicated to providing students with first-hand consultancy experience and professional key qualifications. I acted as Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as project manager and advisor on various internal projects. Further, I successfully completed a range of extra-curricular seminars and workshops on various key business skills.
