Technical change management and open points follow up, Budgeting, planning and scheduling of design changes, Review of design changes and presentation of results to project management, Configuration management and support for preparation of project instructions, Cross discipline interface and coordination of implementation among disciplines, Regular change committee meetings with project management board.

Design (preparation of technical specifications, qualification and test procedures), Review of technical documentation (data sheets, material certificates), Preparation of technical reports and studies (FAT protocol, Equipment Qualification Specification), Coordinating of shipment (Installation, storage and transport instructions), Communication with supplier, customer and nuclear safety authority.
