• Recruiting execution and lead point of contact for Energy stakeholders • Leadership of recruiters for the Energy businesses in DACH region • Design and manage external PSL for research service for DACH region

• Design strategy and establish recruiting organization (up to 10 resources) • Lead the wing to wing recruiting for region Germany, Austria, Belgium including headquarter Burscheid • Team- and international project leader • Improvement of processes, reporting and KPIs
