Responsible for extrusion coating and lamination process in the biggest converting converting factory of Tetra Pak in Europe. Using TPM to reduce losses. Personnel responsibility: 50 Employees and 3 engineers.

Same as previous position, now including the personnel responsibility of all operators working in prepress and printing process: 90 employees.

Responsible for design handling, prepress (plate making) and printing process in the biggest converting factory of Tetra Pak in Europe. Leading a team of 5 engineers.

Responsible for Quality in the printing department. Deeply involved in process improvement through World Class Manufacturing (TPM).
