Voice/collaboration solution consulting, design and implementation of complex voice enterprise systems. Technologies and concepts involved: Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), CUCM, IM&Presence, Expressway, SIP trunking, AXL, IVR and ICM scripting, Java SE. Development of customer specific software components for integration of Cisco based platforms with third-party solutions.

Provided technical support and consulting for BMW GmbH global voice infrastructure as part of international team of engineers at NCR in partnership with T-Systems GmbH. Worked on large voice systems using the following technologies: CUCM, CUCM SME, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, H.323 and SIP gateways, ISDN lines. Engaged in support for inter-cluster connectivity, as well as connecting other non-Cisco voice and video systems with UC infrastructure.

Design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise networks (LAN, WAN) and unified communication systems (Cisco UCM, SIP trunks/gateways). As technical lead on several projects involved in pre-sales, budget planning, and people allocation activities. Software development of additional IP telephony services and specific network testing tools.
