Responsible for organizing & selling international conferences around Europe. Contact with C-level management on daily basis, making business deals and promote their companies.

Responsible for creating the daily ship newspaper, promoting events and making marketing campaigns. Co-operating with the Hotel Director and all the Ship Department managers. Also responsible for creating green environment (waste as much as possible), all the printer duties and guest satisfaction.

Taking care of all the guests needs, processing their payments (c.cards, checks and international currency), making restaurant, tour and flight bookings and the person-to-go for everything. Working with all the Ships Managers on daily level, taking and presenting safety training's, expert for all the ports of call and making sure that the guest satisfaction is on the highest level.

Managing my own bar and the bar's menu, inventory and guest needs. Creating and promoting "Drink Of The Day" and reaching daily and monthly targets.
