Plan and execute deployments/ releases to UAT and production Plan and lead IT infrastructure operations and DevOps changes Plan and manage windows and RHEL servers patching Operation monitoring and support of Bank ABC operations in cloud Perform periodic performance reporting of cloud services Works with IT security team to implement security and compliance policies Liaise with all stake holders to assure smooth delivery of releases

• Plan and lead IT infrastructure projects • Research new technologies, recommend and implement innovative IT solutions • Supervise the implementation and monitoring of IT environment security controls, including specific security and risk prevention activities specified by the ISO • Supervise the deployment of all new IT systems, assets and enhancements delivered • Responsible for providing periodic reports and dashboards of IT infrastructure and security KPI’s

• Design, implement and maintain Seeds and our customers Networks to ensure Network availability service levels are achieved • Perform preventative maintenance routines, Network Health checks and Network Capacity checks on a regular basis to ensure the integrity and performance of the network is maintained. • Ensure network security at all times, with regular intrusion tests being conducted and regular anti-virus updates and controls being applied to ensure network integrity and security

• Provides a support service to system support officers by dealing with and rectifying system related queries received via the Helpdesk. Solves escalated problem promptly to minimize user inconvenience • Maintain and support all Cisco Network equipment within BMMI HQ, local sites and abroad • Responsible for maintenance and support for infrastructure and networks in all remote sites in Qatar and Africa • Monitoring Trend Micro, Antivirus updates
