Conducting UAT for SAP migration by managing test cases in Solman, tracking progress, and addressing system adjustments in collaboration with IT. Supporting a capacity project by standardizing data, preparing weekly capacity reports, and identifying "red alarm" issues with actionable feedback. • Monitoring and reporting of operational metrics related to performance • Preparing warehouse-based courier plans and revising them according to performance and monitoring compliance • Taking an active role in automated courier plan, customer happiness, star points, and warehouse rewarding projects. • Learning the working principle of 3D printers and observing the production process; • Acetone Project: Conducting research on the requirements for the products produced to have a smoother surface, and learning technical information; and • Monitoring social media accounts, preparing blog posts for monthly newsletter and benchmarking analysis. Supporting SEO studies on increasing the visibility of the website.
