Interact with agents and clients and book cruises, flights, transfers & hotels. Assist direct clients when they needed to buy online amenities and using the provided tools or when they needed any other information related to their future cruise or their client status. Handling complaints by issuing Future Cruise Certificates and making reimbursements in order to compensate different inconveniences; applying FCCs.

 Establishing contact with foreign companies and universities in order to place students in internships;  Office tasks: proofreading and translating documents (English to French), taking care of the correspondence;

 Making researches in order to obtain an interdisciplinary image on the subject (my area of expertise – the philosophical point of view on the concept of space); providing the information to my supervisors;  Write articles on the subject.
