Responsible for managing the projects requirements concerning to industrial engineering and new projects: PPAP requirements, PFMEA and control plan verification, layout design, times and movements analysis, line balancing, flow improvements, machine installation. Return of investment calculation for capital asset requests, CAPEX control.

Responsible of five CNC cutting machines ( 2 axis ) Mac. Analyze, define and optimize the cut parameters in order to achieve the product specifications. Define the flow chart. Ensure the process capabilities although statistical. PFMEA Update, manufacturing analysis, waste elimination.
