Responsible for industrial/manufacturing/tooling engineering at Brose North America for the NA region. Planning, procurement, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and tools for the production of seat structures, door systems, and drive actuators in plants in the U.S.A., Canada & Mexico

Responsible for manufacturing and tooling engineering at Brose North America.

Responsible for the just in sequence production of door systems for Ford and just in time production of door systems for Mitsubishi.

Responsible for the just in sequence production of door systems for VW and just in time production of door systems for Skoda.

Responsible for the functional lead of the industrial engineering team at Brose North America and planning/procurement/commissioning of manufacturing equipment for the production of window regulators in Mexico.

Responsible for the transfer and ramp up of a window regulator program to the 1st joint venture of Brose in China. Integration of the assembly cell into the manufacturing concept of the joint venture.

Responsible for the manufacturing of window regulators for VW, Audi, BMW, MB, and Renault.
