• Extract, Transfer and load data, using ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Oracle PL/SQL Scripting for ad-hoc queries, package and procedure development • Plan, develop and deploy high level and low level BI reporting dashboards in layer of data visualization, using tools such as Tableau • Data sources analysis to extracting required and valuable data • Collaboration with team to designing multidimensional databases and data models base on business processes

Responsible to manage and control IT projects and activities such as: • Manage IT services including projects such as OSS, ticketing and monitoring services, customer problem management, official website and etc. • Analyzing the improvement points for IT services and working on solutions • Optimization of Business process for enterprise services in scope of IT solutions • Data gathering and request analysis, solution development and planning for services to meet the corporate business needs.

Responsible of Plan, manage and control eMarketing activities alongside macro marketing strategies and activities such as: • Plan e-marketing objectives and strategies • Decision making process for online presence tactics and reach channels • Identify improvement opportunities and fulfill PDCA cycle • Design online marketing campaigns • STP activities and eMarketing Mix development for online market

MIS (Marketing Information Systems) department is responsible to develops and control the functionality operation of marketing and business systems. My responsibilities was: • Handle the requests from Sales and Marketing department • Cooperation in FRS development for business systems • Administration of ticketing and problem management systems such as Kayako, OTRS and Huawei IPCC • Identify improvement opportunities and finding solution for them
