Duties: - In-depth understanding of piezo-ceramics manufacturing processes - Participate in the development of ceramics coating processes and equipment - Optimization of ceramics cleaning processes in the production - Waste management and reduction of solvent consumption in production - Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Preparation and characterization of silicate glass-ceramics - Design of experiments (DOE) to determine the stress profiles in glasses - Performing thin glass strengthening tests, and surface analysis by photoelasticity, UV/Vis- spectroscopy, etc. - Damage analysis, fracture formation, and propagation in the glass - Implementation of cost reduction strategies in operations

Responsibilities: * Participate in design, development, and implementation of pilot plants for PET production * Controlling the quality assurance of PET bottles through laser-controlled measuring devices * Analysis of microparticles in beverages through various methods i.e. Pyr-GC/MS, membrane filtration, FTIR and RM, etc. * Documentation and reporting of test results

Tasks: * Develop and implement process improvement strategies in the glass production process * Conduct and evaluate experiments regarding glass quality through various techniques such as bending test, optical spectroscopy, DH, TC, and HF, etc. * Development of safety concepts for production plants * Creation and presentation of technical documents

Tasks:  Modeling and dynamic simulation of multi-stage particle cross-flow separation  Experiment study and process parameters analysis of air classifier using aluminum oxide particles

Tasks:  Preparation of ceramic foams using pre-ceramic polymers  Sol-gel Synthesis of TiO2  Ceramic composites coating using TiO2  Micro-macro structural analysis regarding potential catalytic capabilities by several techniques i.e. TGA/DSC, μ-CT, XRD, SEM, Raman Spectroscopy, FTIR, UV-VIS spectroscopy, etc.

Responsibilities:  Surface functionalization of microparticles using silane-modified polymers via ALD  Investigating the adhesive and contact properties of the nanoparticles via ring shear tests for adhesive technology  Static contact angle measurements of modified surfaces via AFM

Responsibilities:  Comprehensive study and monitoring of plant operations  Optimization of process parameters in the production department  Electrolysis and corrosion control in the natural gas pipeline through cathodic protection technique
