Core responsibilities: reactivation of EWallet clients, developing a loyalty program module in the mobile app, and creating new analytical reports. - Conducted CustDev on EWallet customers thus resulting in a transparent understanding of CJM and clients' behavior. - Reactivated 6 000 clients of EWallet through client surveys and marketing campaigns with a CR rate of 3,17%.bank's mobile app - Managed a project on developing a module in the mobile app. In 2 months MAU had increased by 26%.

- Conducted due diligence and launched of 200+ CRM campaigns (SMS, push, emails, and in-app advertising); - Created a monthly email digest for HNWI clients that got 2 times better open rate than other digests; - Gave tasks to designers, copywriters, analysts, and contractors to prepare campaigns for launch and to create marketing materials; - Created monthly analytical reports of all CRM communications thus resulting in a better understanding of the campaigns' effectiveness and amount of sales.

- Managed the project of developing a mobile app for sales managers (“Sales Box”) from the business side: interviewed sales managers and created requirements and layouts for the app, did testing, and improvement, in close cooperation with the development team of the app. - Launched new projects in insurance and finance with Moscow State University, Mastercard, VTB Pension Fund, and other partners. - Conducted evaluation of project performance, and reporting.
