Key responsibilities: - Leading a team that is providing technical process support - Identifying, planing and implementing process improvement projects; - Supporting the process of introduction of new products, new raw materials and new processes - Training, coaching and developing team members - Actively communicating with Technology center in UK and providing link between UK and Macedonian plant

Key responsibilities: - Effectively leading team/shift in washcoat (chemical coating) department - Providing proactive and responsible approach to EHS - Responsible for creating a high level of quality orientation within the team - Maintaining and continuously improving 5S standards, as well as adherence by team to all audit schedules - Communicating proactively to all other departments - Ensuring high quality of department reporting and KPIs

Key responsibilities: - involved in preparation of chemical coating by following recipes for batching in big scale production - monitoring chemical parameters such as: viscosity, pH and conductivity - insuring good quality of work is done and using standard work procedures
