- I design products in the HR, sustainability, AI, metaverse, change and learning industries as part of the EMEIA Tech COE team, collaborating with various stakeholders - My job involves driving product design initiatives and using market knowledge to steer product development, while creating prototypes, collaborating with Engineering, and monitoring design trends

- Design graphic User Interface websites, application and digital products - Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like - Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, tables, prototypes) - Marketing Strategy Development and execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns - Draft and execute business strategy plans and lead generation campaigns

- Concept development and Digital Product Development for various clients - Product development including logo design, branding proposals, brochures, the layout of websites & sitemap, packaging - Product placement and proposals for advertising campaigns - Development of marketing communications strategies - Market research for USPs of the products for niche, local and international markets

- Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (budget estimations, promotional campaigns, marketing automation, advertising campaigns) - Formulate recommendations and solutions (User Cases and User Scenarios) - Develop detailed business and execution plans to drive small or radical changes with specific milestones/deadlines and budget restrictions - Provide guidance for any occurring User Experience problems and provide feedback to reach important KPIs

- Creative direction and briefs to graphic experts and typographers about branding proposals, corporate identity, visuals of campaigns, advertising and marketing materials - Project management including: market research, development of business & marketing plans, SEO management, product placement, campaign management - Mediating between third-party companies including ABT and BTL advertising agencies, PR agencies, suppliers, typographers - Quality checking of mock-ups & proofreading of print/digital work
