Coordinate Reconciliation Office and Verifications & Support Office. Integration and Development Program (IDP), a very large program which incorporates, as a principal objective, the integration of Banca Comerciala Romana in Erste Bank Group (EBG). IDP comprises 42 projects, covering all business lines, organizational restructuring and key internal functions (over 100 millions EUR budget). Implementation Unit of the Institution Building Plan (IBP) was the most extensive change management program ever undertaken by this leading southeast European regional player.

Heading the 14-person Testing, Implementation and User Support Team of the new multi-million-dollar in-house developed core banking platform. Set up and organize a liaison team between IT and business lines. UAT for the new core banking system. UAT for the new core banking system (all modules Accounts, Credits, Payments, FX etc.). Developing and maintaining the End-User Assistance (Online Help) and Help Desk application.
