Close contact to international customers for development of new product and for application technical consulting. Intensiv support of marketing, to define and segment interior mounting market, and to provide technical argumentation and support to sales. Across border team work with plant, marketing, global value chain manager, sales.

Development of double-sided silicon coated release liner for double-sided tapes: • Project leading • Team work with all the different adhesive development Lab. • Support the plant in case of liner quality issue. • Close collaboration with our liner suppliers for new development and for quality. • International team work (Europe and Asia)

Development of a new adhesive for electronics application: • Polymerisation in 10L half-automatic reactor • Formulation of adhesives with the synthetized polymers • Evaluation of the adhesives properties (measurement and interpretation of the results)

Development of silicon formulation for release liner, and investigation of the interaction silicon/adhesive: • Preparation of the formulation • Coating in Lab of silicon and adhesives formulation • Evaluation of the release properties of the formulated liner with different adhesives (measurement and interpretation of the results)
