The program covers key treaties, legal interpretations and enforcement mechanisms in national and global contexts, with an emphasis on case law from institutions such as the European Court of Human Rights and UN treaty bodies. I develop expertise in legal argumentation, the role of human rights in labor and migration law, and corporate accountability.
