Boehringer Ingelheim is a world-renowned research-based pharmaceutical company. My task as a data scientist was to help scientist to speed up the drug discovery process. For this purpose, I designed a custom analysis tool (developed using Python) for the quantification of electrophysiology data that not only automated the quantification process but also reduced the computation time required for the quantification process by up to 80%.
