- create a reliable database for each branch - ensure the support needed for each branch, so that the database is completely done - verify the updates of each record - create reports in Crystal reports for the management positions, with the updates - create Excel reports for the management (example : forecast) - verify and assign each record in the database a grade risk - co-work with the risk department for each asset, for the business impact - quarterly making forecasts for branches with the new assets

- send the daily exchange rates (from Romania National Bank – BNR) to all employees - receive and send faxes - verify swift messages that were duplicated and nacked and make sure that the case is solved - scan garnishment notices and send them to the empowered department - involved in the communication systems management (including SWIFT) - prepares and performs SWIFT related tests in co-operation with System Support Team - verify and monitor the connection of the SWIFT system with Atlas

- answer the phone and give information to clients and transfer them to the other departments; compose correspondence and file it; make sure that the client needs are being satisfied (wake-up call, letting them know their schedule in the hotel, etc); in the morning shift I had to assure that all clients that left the hotel check out by 12o’clock (unless else specified); in the night shift the reports for the previous day were made and the program for the next one; respond to queries about the hotel
