Maintenance Responsible for "Preparation" (Chocolate and semi-finished products preparation), Kinder and Raffaello production lines (oven, moulding and packaging), Arlon Plant (Belgium). Responsible for new technical installations and existing machineries improvement projects. Preparation and management of the yearly maintenance budget. Coordination of local maintenance team and external companies/suppliers.

Maintenance Responsible for the "Preparation" (Chocolate and semi-finished products preparation) department, Stadtallendorf Plant (Germany) within the boudaries of the Ferrero Operations Talent Program. Technical project management for new lines installation and existing machineries revamping/improvements. I developed in particular some new concepts (CAD drawings and installation) in the Deodorizers department (oil deodorization) and in the chocolate and hazelnuts factories.

Production and workforce (70-80 blue collars) shift responsible for different production lines in the moulded products unit (Kinder Country, Kinder Surprise, Kinder Maxi Surprise, Rocher special editions) within the boudaries of the Ferrero Operations Talent Program. Main tasks were to ensure productivity, effectiveness, safety and quality KPIs, implementing improvements and innovative ideas partecipating as well for the FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence) program on Kinder Contry line.

Process and workforce management (80 -100 blue collars) for Alfa Romeo Giulietta and Giulia models. As Supervisor of the mechanical unit, in the assembly shop, my main tasks were to ensure productivity, effectiveness, safety and quality KPIs, implementing improvements and innovative ideas within the boundaries of WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
