I designed our new accounting processes after SAP implementation; I’m building up budget and business plans, monitoring and reporting of income and expenditure, defining relevant KPIs and supporting and deputizing for the Chief Finance Officer as appropriate; I’m performing and controlling the full audit cycle on subsidiaries. I led a wide range of financial special projects as the preparation;

• Supervision of all financial activities including Group financial audits; • Treasury management; • Responsible for Financial Due diligence for new acquisitions; • responsible of SAP Implementation.

•Business development; •Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency; •Audit management of industrial and financial companies - Building up of consolidation reporting packages according to US, UK, IAS/IFRS, Spanish e French GAAP; - Securitisation feasibility assessment; - Consolidated financial statement.

I was responsible for participating in and supervising multiple client engagements and other related activities under the general direction of more experienced engagement team members and I discussed complex issues with engagement team and client management. I provided General accounting and financial reporting assistance. I understood and explained to staff the objectives of an audit, planned other services, and the staff's role in the audit process.

My main role was working as part of a team to deliver external audit services to our Financial and Industrial clients. I had a wide variety of experience and excellent development opportunities. My major clients were: products (Piaggio Aero Industries S.p.A., Italiana Coke S.p.A. and Marconi Communication) & service companies (Gavio Group, Festival Cruises S.p.A., Columbus Organizzazione Viaggi Srl) and Italian listed banks (Carige Group) and insurance companies (Siat S.p.A. and Novara Vita S.p.A.).
