Global Mobility Partner supporting global functions

Led and support the global mobility team on the following: *End-to-end IA customer service analytics. *IA compensation & benefits review. *Defining the expatriate scheme for new countries & periodic review of expatriate scheme for in-scope countries. *Transition and ongoing support of vendor authorization processes into one integrated case management platform. *Workload assessment and performance management (KPIs) of the delivery team.

*Program, project, and vendor management across markets in Asia serviced by the PMI International Assignments (IA) Team.

*Led the mobility expense team: consists of senior auditors, payment and expense auditors, & practitioners, who are handling the internal international assignment & domestic mobility accounts of three geographies (Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America).

*A subject matter expert on mobility programs to both IA delivery team and the business. Serves as a strategic adviser to the business during assignment planning process by providing advise on the appropriate assignment plan types and educating them on mobility policies and process.

*Managed the assignments of IBM's senior executives and top talents who are coming to or going out of the USA. Working closely with relocating employee, spouse/partner, and/or family and support them with the end-to-end relocation process.

*Conducted phone interviews to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants. *Endorsed screened applicants to the face-to-face recruiters on-site. *Encoded necessary and accurate information in process trackers and applicant database in a timely manner.
