Strength is a personal development and group mentoring tool developed in a format of a workshop to help men in different stages of life to build a sense of purpose, resilience, courage, anger management, make health decisions and advance in all spheres of life. I have been running the program with a group of temporary homeless and refugees in Northern Iraq. My responsibilities are more focused on training new facilitators that will be running this workshop in other locations/charities.

Similar to my current position I was responsible for the coordination of recruitment processes in the Renewable Energy Industry, interviewing applicants, helping candidates to get prepared for interviews, establishing and maintaining the relationship with clients. I was responsible for open up the market in Brazil and establish a client portfolio.

Carry out triage assessing clients in order to determine the appropriate support and patient referral to other professionals (when needed) Mental health support for people going through depression, distress, anxiety, victims of sexual abuse and others Maintenance of therapeutic relationships with service users and elaboration of written reports Focus on psychological methods to enable and stimulate self-knowledge and self-confidence Liaison with other professionals and competent authorities if necessary

Focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy approach, some of the subjects include: - Human development - Social Psychology - Statistics - Educational and developmental psychology - Organisational psychology and others.
