Monitor payloads in flight, controlling altitude and other operational parameters to maintain wire and wireless coverage.Monitor network components and applications to ensure uninterrupted service.Diagnose and direct the repair of any system failures.Generate problem reports and track their resolution. Provide an initial point of contact for customer problems, third-party recoveries and field personnel. Notify management of significant events. Other duties as assigned by NOC supervisor or NOC manager
