After being acquired by Capita in December 2012 I was soon promoted to Head of Digital Marketing for Capita's Justice and secure services (JJS) division, but with my core focus remaining on the Capita TI business. This increased my responsibility for overseeing the digital rebrand of Capita JSS acquisitions and development of existing websites.

After starting work in March 2010 as Digital Marketing Executive for Applied Language Solutions (ALS) I was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager in June 2012. The following December ALS was acquired by Capita Plc which lead to the rebrand of ALS to Capita Translation and Interpreting (Capita TI or CTI). My duties to maintain the company's multiple websites maintains but a large scale rebranding process followed.
