Working as the Recruitment Manager across Europe, I am responsible for proving support, direction and advice to managers on all aspects of the recruitment area, increasing the quality of recruitment skills and tools across the European business.

Greengrape Solutions supports the recruitment, training and business needs of public and private providers delivering significant employment and skills programmes on behalf of central government. Developing bespoke solutions geared towards these organisations which meet the needs of individual programmes whilst also enhancing the prospects and opportunities of workless individuals.

Reed in Partnership focuses on adult Welfare-to-Work (employability), adult skills development and business support programmes in the UK. I worked on an Employability Programme providing advice and guidance assisting Lone Parents in their return to work by identifying barriers that need to be tackled in order for them to gain employment.
