Achievements; • I Reduced turnaround time for delivery of laboratory results to remote health facilities from 4weeks to 1week • I improved communication and collaboration with community health workers in the targeted province • I Exceeded KPIs on data collection, data entry, data cleaning, data quality, data analysis and Reporting towards prevention of mother to child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV and Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) of pediatric HIV care.

Achievements; • I increased access to IEC materials on STIs by adolescents and youths through the youth resource Centre • I exceeded KPIs on capacity building on ART adherence & other District Aids Task Force outreach activities

Achievements; • I improved quality of data collection tools, for data use, information sharing and reports for internal and external stakeholders in four remote areas in provinces country wide. • I Exceeded KPIs on site visits to respective chapters, timelines, annual work plans for their sports clubs • I improved the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on progress indicators against set benchmarks and donor reporting requirements.
