Responsible from all technical office operations • Preparing master and full detailed work schedules of 240.000 m2 construction site on Primavera P6 Project Planner • Preparing monthly cost control, cash flow and budget reports for executives. • Preparing tender documents and finalizing tender periods. • Preparing progress reports, and control and confirmation of bill of quantities (BOQ) and protocols • Calculating the delays of overall construction and extension of time (EOT) of each sub-contractor.

Responsible from all technical office operations • Preparing master and full detailed work/time schedules of 40.000 m2 construction site (Grand Pera Shopping Mall, Emek Theather, Cercle D’Orient Restoration Project) on MS Project and Primavera P6 Project Planner for entire construction site, each contractors and sub-contractors • Preparing monthly cost control, cash flow and budget reports for executives • Preparing tender documents, preparing tender comparison tables and finalizing tender periods

Responsible from all technical office operations of the project • Preparing master and full detailed work/time schedules of 600.000 m2 construction site on MS Project and Primavera P6 Project Planner for entire construction site, each contractors and sub-contractors. • Preparing weekly and monthly cost control, cash flow and budget reports for executives. • Organizing weekly meetings with contractors, discussing on work & time and man-power schedules.

• Following the progress of all of construction sites and reporting them to the chairman, executives and managers. • Tracking physical construction progresses and entering information to Ms Project program, calculating the delays of overall and each subcontractor and, preparing monthly progress and cost/budget reports. • Preparing company presentations and investment reports of developed real estates’ for foreign investors.

• International Trade and Logistics of Construction materials; rebars, scrap, cement, marbles, project cargoes for over sea construction fields, so on… • Preparing chartering contracts (transportation agreements) between cargo owners (building material owners and others) and ship-owners. • Calculation of the costs, feasible transportation options and routes about material transportation, and consulting contractors and cargo owners.
