Leading Quality Control (QC) team in deployment of the Quality strategy and monitoring of continuous improvement of products. • Incoming inspection, mechanical process control & final testing are the main areas of responsibility. • Process optimization, employee development, labor & equipment utilization in daily business • Leading 31 technicians including team leaders in this role • PDCA, CAPA, 8D philosophy, FMEA risk analysis and VSM/lean principles are the most commonly used techniques.
